King Taco # 9sure had change a lot over the years. It seems like you gave taken short cuts when preparing the food and making sure the customer order correctly done. It's been years that I gone to this location since I have been going here for years with family, relatives and friends. It always seems better when you stick to the way you where years ago then where your at now. The one thing I know I won't order is the tamales they aren't great like you would expect it to be. Sauces could be better and not chucking like they have been with a better taste. I hope you improve for the better like you where years ago and not cutting corner like you see now these days.

Great experience. Security handled the Corona Virus protocols expertly. Everybody was masked up. Placed my order of a Carne Asada burrito and a jalapeño tamale, and soon enough it was ready to go (thanks Martha). Thought I'd get it home before I dined on it but I broke out the tamale en route to the house. It was perfectly made, not dry at all and very flavorful. My burrito made it to the house all the way back to West Athens in South L.A. it was still warm while I made short work of that deliciousness 😋 cant wait to go back.

Trust me, trust them buying customers, trust the security guard at the front guarding the special jukebox that plays all them nostalgic wanders whenever and stops whenever—don’t mind the extra cents on the dime on extra hot sauces and drink refills, mind/mend: keep coming on back—it worked if you let it work—the hot sauce magic was too real. From their tacos to their sopes and their tamales—the world of King’s of King’s was gospel. If your passion for tacos wasn’t tugged by the violin strings of your local cashier and you don’t know her first name or what happened last Friday with Savid, you simply were not living tacos!

There can be some long lines here at times but the food has been consistently delicious for many years. Great spot for a quick bite or a late night snack. Open fairly late.

Honestly I expected a whole lot more from this place. I mean the food I had was pretty good but I ordered about 5 tacos and I was literally in and out in like 20 minutes. Which can be a good thing or a bad thing. There wasn't really anything fancy about the food and I finished and still felt like there was need for more. The options on the menu feel bland and I wasn't really excited for anything. I guess maybe I just wasn't in the mood for it really. I used to have a better experience when I used to visit KT with my dad. Maybe it's that experience that was missing. I'll try revisiting with my parents and see if that helps. Ahhh I guess be sure you order enough food to satisfy you. To me 5 tacos weren't enough and I know that now. Lol

Great that it was open late or early depending on how you look at it. Burrito was smaller than I remember or maybe I am just bigger than I used to be. Taste was just ok. Adding salsa definitely kicked up the taste and towards the end my mouth was on fire. All in all I was content.

I think it’s weird that they don’t have a California burrito or sour cream.

Packed as usual but worth the wait. King tacos are little but packed with flavor so order more than usual because you don't want to make that line again. Horchata is rich and delicious not too sweet but with flavor. Be ready to share a table since they are long and its sit where you can. Only thing I would love is if they would offer limes like every other taco place does. Place could be cleaner but I think its the extreme traffic that doesn't allow them to keep it up. Bathroom is 🚻 men and women (one for all) and you need a code to open it. If too crowded you can always eat outside there is a sitting area outside across from the parking lot... L.A. weather is perfect most of the time. OPEN 24 HRS makes it perfect!

When in L.A. my family and I have to stop at King Taco. My opinion best tacos.

Their quesadillas are very flavorful full of great cooked meat and their cheese is divine

Wow! I am very impressed with this place! We were off put by the exterior, it looked closed and perhaps like it was totally empty. But we were hungry and went it anyway. Right away we were welcomed with a warm interior. Ambience is important and this place is cute.

What can i sau about my second home lol this is really one of a kind king tako dammmm

Best burritos in so cal. That's my opinion, remember to order salsa on the side unless you like it super hot....

The food has a really good taste. I've been eating here many years today we ordered several items and they have really small portions specially when meat is concerned. They also made the salsa containers very small. The meat is flavorful but again they sprinkled tiny amounts of meat on the sopes, burritos, and tacos.

King Taco has been and will always be one of my favorite places to eat...their Al Pastor tacos are amazing!!😋🌮💜

Love this place...been coming here for over 20years! Always great service. On weekends the outside area is open it's best to order through there if the line is long inside the restaurant, it's a shorter wait time.

Good Mexican food (tacos,sopes burritos)not as good as las humaderas en Tijuana those are real tacos

Carne asada Quesidella very good.. Chicken Burrito had too much vegetables.. not toasted enough.. Soggy. Customer service nice.. Busy place. They should keep up with the tables and trash better.

Famous King Taco is not bad for the first time trying it. I tried the burrito and when asked for no onions there like sorry it's all mixed. Unfortunately King Taco administration needs to make some changes. Overall the asada was not bad.

There stingy with there salsa even if u buy a lot of food and they don't even put meat on there burritos pure rice and beans and very little asada they needa do it the original way they use to Security was good tho he did good job

Place needs attention I brought my family this day to eat And place was not clean enough that'show I found the table. I recomend to go the one on Maywood is better. Also cashier needs costumer service training. Food is good like always.

The downfall of King Taco was when upper management decided it was OK to prep and pre-cook their proteins at one location, before sending them to all the King Taco locations for a re- heat. This formula has worked for most fast food establishments since the advent of the burger, but fails in this attempt. I'm not sure if its their approach, or the simple fact that customers expect that fantastically freshly cooked meat taste typically associated with road-side tacos.Due to these changes, I recently switched from tacos to tamales...as they were probably always made in one central location before being shipped to all the restaurants, and they were really good. But today I bought 2 chicken tamales that were dry. Whats up with that? Not enough turnover due to covid 19, or what? Old tamales at King Taco?I'm done here.....

Food is very good always steaming hot and fresh. They get really busy and for a reason, (really good and decent prices)The red hot salsa is to die for. My family will go there and stock up on it. They sell it by the cup full to take home. I tried the pork grinds in red sauce on a sope and i really liked it.
